Title: Accuracy in the context of editing and imputation

Abstract: If you look at the literature on dealing with missing values, you will find a whole zoo of different measures for determining the accuracy of imputations. The same applies to editing, albeit with considerably less literature to support it. Since editing and imputation are essential steps in the generic statistical business process, it is important for official statistics to address the concepts of measuring accuracy when replacing missing and incorrect values. The four-hour lecture provides an insight into current considerations and developments in Germany in this area.

This seminar is specifically tailored for Master's students. For further information, please contact <sma-dss@uniroma1.it>
